It works but the problem is that it is not functioning like the real game at all. Doesn't have many features at all. You can run around and see the maps, that is about it.
The developers of this stopped working on it a LONG time ago.

I stuck... when i log in tells me that "Battle.net.dll version is different that expected" also i cant find this: DIABLO_III_ROOT%srcMooegebinDebugMooege.exe... when i enter in debug folder there no Mooege.exe pls HELP!!!!

Ok , i downloaded game , made server and game work.. Ill tell you guys this, dont bather, i tryed retail game 1st act and THIS DOESN'T WORK 90%...Script's , quests, npc's, i mean whole idea of the game doesn't work.. Am a big fan of diablo 3, as that, ill buy original before they make working simulator. I prefer you do the same (: .. trust me again , i posted this for you, don't bather!

i bought this piece of shit and just play 4 day till the end of the last act and the they want us to play the same quest and kill the same foes only more powerful its a waste of money blizzard tricks us and more i had my acount hacked after a few weeks i was not even playing

The reason this game is uncrackable is because a) it constantly d/ls content scripts from the server, and without them, even if you emulate one, you'll still have to write all the scripts in, and this is a shitload of work nobody will put up with, especially for free. b) it fucks up your internet connection by overloading it for bnet, you'll have constant packets transferring here and there because bnet requires your ip to constantly send it back the confirmation that you're there. it's as if you're playing 10 ppl multi on the machine, but you can't even do that with the machine. how in the name of fuck can an emulation even run this much ghosts? and c) it's really a lousy game. don't read the fucking insider, or gamespot. go to websites like gamers.net and read all about it. after you dispose of the skeleton king that's about all there is, this act is free but as soon as you pay you bump into same enemies, same kinda quests, same hard as fuck bosses that you need to do ALL the secondary quests and practically MILK the dungeons of all goodies in order to deal with. remember how in LoD you could choose quests, and actually train characters? Well the devs surely don't, because in D3 you can neither train on weaklings at certain levels, nor NOT do quests because a lot of in-gaming actually requires you to READ lore or listen to it... I mean geez, is this even DIABLO or some lame-o D&D ripoff?!? Anyway peeps, don't waste your time on it unless you have good graphics and just want to see the eye candy, play the previous titles they're much better. Heck, even StarCraft 2 is better, which is really susprising since Blizz managed not to screw up the sequel.

It's very possible to "Crack" this game it just would not be a crack. It would be an entire custom written server.
